RAITA

INGREDIENTS  :
Yoghurt   : 1 cup
salt           : to taste
carrot        :half
cabbage    : small amount
onion         :half
green chilli :half
coriander leaves   : a few


METHOD   :
Take yoghurt  in a bowl add salt,finely chopped onion,cabbage,carrot,green chilli.
Spread coriander leaves on top of it.
Raita is ready serve with rice or biryani.
