Carrot Capsicum curry

Ingredients
Carrot - 3(medium)
Capsicum - 1
Onion(chopped) - 1(small)
Oil - 2tsp
urad dal - 1tsp
mustard seeds - 1/2tsp
cumin seeds - 1tsp
chana dal - 1/2tsp
salt
Red chili powder - 1tsp
Coriander leaves 

Method :
Heat oil in a pan.
Add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,chana dal,urad dal.
Add onions and fry for 2 min.
Add chopped carrots ,salt if needed add some water and let it cook for 3 min.
Add capsicum,red chilli powder and salt if needed cook for 5 min.
