LEMON RICE

INGREDIENTS  :
rice                 : 2 cups
lemon             :3
cumin             :1 tsp
mustard seeds   :1 tsp
curry leaves      :a few
chana dal          :1 tsp
urad dal            :1 tsp
peanuts             :a few
green chillies    :3
dry red chillies        :3
salt                    :as needed
turmeric powder   :1/4 tsp
hing                       :a pinch
oil                          :2 tsp

METHOD  :
Cook the rice and keep it a side.
Heat oil in a pan,add cumin,mustard seeds,slit green chillies,red chillies,chana dal,peanuts,urad dal,curry leaves,hing and turmeric powder and turn off the heat.
Add this tadka to the rice and add salt,lemon juice and mix it well all together(adjust salt according to your taste).
Lemon rice is ready to serve.
