INGREDIENTS :
2 cups - Basmati Rice

2 tbsp - Cashew nuts

METHOD :
Take a pan add oil,cumin,cloves,cinnamon,cardamoms,green chillies,onion,cashew nuts and fry for 1 min.
Add vegetables,salt to it and fry for 2 min.
Add rice to it and fry for 1 min and then add salt,4 cups of water to it and add all this to the rice cooker and add coriander leaves on top of it and turn on the rice cooker and vegetable pulao is ready in 20 min.
Serve hot with aloo kurma or raita.
