Tomato Rasam

INGREDIENTS  :
Tomatoes         : 2
ginger garlic paste  : 1  tsp
cumin seeds            : 1 tsp
mustard seeds         : 1/2 tsp
Red chillies             : 2
green chillies           : 2
onion                        :1
curry leaves              : few
coriander powder    : 1tsp
black pepper              : a pinch
salt                              : to taste
tamarind paste            :1/2 tsp
oil                                : 2 tsp
hing                              : a pinch
 water                            : 2 cup

Method  :

Take a pan add  water,tomatoes,ginger garlic paste,cumin seeds,red chillies,black pepper,salt,tamarind.
and let it cook for 10 min.
Let it cool down.squeeze the tomatoes and keep aside.
Take a pan for tadka add oil,green chillies,cumin,mustard seeds,curry leaves,hing,onion for 1 min.
Add the tadka to the rasam and let it cook for 3 min.
Add the coriander leaves.
Serve hot with rice.
