PANEER CURRY

INGREDIENTS :
kadai paneer Tomatoes        :6
  green peas      :1 cup
  kova                :a small piece
  paneer             :15 gm                                          
  salt                  : to taste
 red chilli powder :1 tsp
 oil                        : 3 tsp
 ginger garlic paste  :1/2 tsp
onion                         :1

METHOD :

Cut paneer into small cubes.
Now take a pan add some oil to it and fry the paneer in it until it turn the golden brown color and keep aside.
In the same pan add some oil,cumin,mustard seeds when they splatter add finely  chopped onion,ginger garlic paste,green peas,tomatoes   and cook  them for  10 min.  on a low flame.
Add red chilli powder,salt to the curry.
Now add paneer cubes,kova to it and let it cook for 10 min on low flame and turn off the heat.
Paneer curry is ready serve hot with rice or roti.
