MIXED VEGETABLE CURRY

INGREDIENTS  :
carrot      : 1
green peas  :1/2 cup
beans          :1/2 cup
corn            :1/2 cup
milk            :1 liter
onion           :1
garlic pods  :2
red chilli powder  :1 tsp
cumin                     :1/2 tsp             
mustard seeds        :1/2 tsp
salt                           :to taste
lemon juice              :1 tsp

METHOD :

Heat milk in a bowl and keep a side.Now add lemon juice to it and stir it continuously for 1 min. and drain the milk and remove the excess water and keep it aside.

Take a pan add some oil ,cumin,mustard seeds,garlic when they splatter add finely chopped onion,carrots,beans,green peas and corn to it and cook it for 10 min on a low flame.
Add red chilli powder,salt to the curry.
Now add the  drained milk content to the curry and stir it well and let it cook for 10 min. and turn off the heat.
The mixed vegetable  curry is ready serve hot with roti or chapathi.
