INGREDIENTS : GROUND POWDER :
red capsicum : 4 Roast red dry chillies,coriander seeds,cumin seeds, seame s
tomatoes : 3 eeds and grind them into a powder.add roasted peanuts to
red dry chillies :10 grind.
coriander seeds : 1/2 tsp
cumin seeds : 1/2 tsp
seasme seeds : 1/2 tsp
garlic : 2
roasted peanuts : 10
turmeric powder : a pinch
tamarind paste : 1 tsp
hing : a pinch
oil : 2 tsp
METHOD :
Add oil to the pan, add capsicum, tomatoes,garlic and let it cook for 15 min on low flames.
Let it cool down and grind it by adding the grounded powder,tamarind paste to it.
Add tadka to the chutney.
Serve hot with rice.
