SNAKE GOURD PERUGU CHUTNEY(POTLAKAYA PERUGU CHUTNEY)

INGREDIENTS :
Potlakaya(snake gourd)  : 1
cumin              : 1/2 tsp
oil                    :2 tsp
salt                   : to taste
mustard seeds   : 1/2 tsp
ginger                : small piece
onion               :1
turmeric           : a pinch
dry red chillies : 2
yoghurt             : 1 cup
METHOD  :
Cook snake gourd pieces in water for 10 mins and strain them.
Take a pan add oil in it add cumin,mustard,dry red chillies,turmeric,ginger.
Add snake gourd pieces,tadka,onions to the yoghurt.
Perugu chutney is ready.
