COCONUT CHUTNEY WITH TOMATOES

INGREDIENTS :
coconut       :  1
tomatoes     : 3
green chillies  :5
coriander seeds : 1/2 tsp
cumin seeds    : 1/2 tsp
roasted peanuts : 10
tamarind paste  : 1tsp
garlic               : 2
ginger                : a small 
oil                      : 2 tsp
salt                     : to taste
tadka


METHOD  :

 Take oil  in a pan add green chillies,coriander seeds,chopped coconut to it and fry for 2 min and keep it a side.
 In the same pan add tomatoes and let it cook for 5 min.
Let it cool down and grind the tomatoes and coconut together.
While grinding add tamarind paste,garlic,ginger, salt to it.
Add tadka to it.
Serve hot with rice.
